Preparation and shipping times All orders placed in our online store are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order, always on the next working day.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can locate your order at any time.

Available shipping options At the time of purchase, you will be able to choose from the different shipping options we offer. Delivery times vary depending on the selected method and the destination of the package.

Shipping zones We ship to any country. During the checkout process, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs and estimated delivery time based on your address.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order, the destination and the selected shipping method. The exact amount will be shown before you confirm your order.

Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can check the status of your shipment at any time directly on the courier's website.

Shipping address It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing the order. Blancodent is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
