Returns Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party took physical possession of the goods.

Products that have been handled by the customer cannot be returned.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

Notify us of your intention to return the product by sending an email to blancodent.esp@gmail.com, indicating your name, surname, email address and any other relevant comments about the return.

Once your request has been received, we will send you a return label by email. You must print it and attach it to the package.

Send the package by standard post to the address provided in that email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the return before the relevant period has expired.

Blancodent is not responsible for the condition of the product/order if it is not shipped in adequate packaging.

Broken, opened or handled products will not be refunded.

Please try to send your return in a single package. If the return consists of more than one parcel, you will need to create one shipping label per parcel.

If you prefer, you may return the products at your own expense, taking responsibility for the cost and tracking of the package. In that case, please send it to the following address:

Important: If your return is not delivered to our premises or the package arrives damaged, Blancodent will not be responsible for refunding the product(s) inside.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the order(s) subject to the withdrawal arrive at Blancodent's premises.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever condition is met first.

The deadline will be considered met if you dispatch the goods before the period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

• The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
